But we realized that for the majority of people who don't already have a pre-existing relationship with us, that providing initial support was difficult because we would normally have to dispatch a technician to provide assistance.

So in partnership with Bomgar, we've developed this service that lets us help you right now, right away -- with no waiting.

The "Help Me Right Now" service

Call us on the telephone at1.800.316.6220 extension 305.  You will be connected with one of our technicians who will take down your information and will give you a code.  Type the code that you are given into the space below, and press the button

Then sit back, and let us fix your computer problem.  We'll automatically bill your credit card for any applicable fees.  Nothing could be simpler!

How Does This Work?

Once you are connected to our remote support server, we download a small piece of harmless computer code to your computer through your web browser that allows for you and our technicians to be able to simultaneously view your computer screen in real-time.

Most web browsers will display a pop-up message asking you if you want to allow this piece of computer code to run on your system.  You must answer "Yes" in order for our technician to be able to help you.

This application will allow one of our technicians to help you with your problem by allowing the technician to see what you see and to be able to share your mouse and keyboard for quick, easy service.  At any time during a session, you can retake control of your computer just by moving your mouse or pausing the session.  In other words, you can have our technicians solve a problem for you while you watch, or you can have the technician tell you what to do step-by-step.  In either case, you will be in charge at all times.
