including programming, system support, and research.
Partners Mario Macera, Tracy Corson,
and Noah Kaufman
Founded in 1987 by computer industry executive Noah Kaufman, New World
Design is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts with a regional office in
New York City.
New World Design specializes in helping small and medium sized businesses with all of their computer technology. We also work with organizations who have specialized or very demanding requirements for information requiring seamless integration of multiple computer systems across complex networks. To achieve this we not only provide consulting services, but application & web hosting that allows us to support multiple computers linked together both within a business and externally as well, in order to create fully integrated systems to give our clients a competitive advantage in their marketplace.
We minimize the risk associated with the selection and implementation of new computer systems, by providing our clients with the most up-to-date information about what works and what doesn't.
Implementation of new systems is only part of the services we provide. Our long-term relationships with our clients allows us to customize the information that we provide, and also directs us to be watchful for technologies that can help our clients be more profitable. After the initial implementation portion of the project is complete, New World Design typically provides on-going support services at the client's request.
Our goal, is quite simply, to use technology to solve business problems.
Although this is a very simple idea, it is amazing how ineffective the computer manufacturers have been in realizing this vision. Everybody always has either personally participated in, or heard of, computer systems that either didn't work right, cost more than the vendor said they would, or simply did not solve the business problem that they were supposed to.
And is it any wonder why these situations happen? Technology is complex, it changes constantly, and the results can often be difficult to measure for effectiveness using traditional financial metrics.
